Chris Bargis is a hardworking, enthusiastic, and driven professional with a passion for working with people and a firm believer in cultivating relationships. Currently a CFA Level II candidate and having come from a background in finance, Chris showcases his love for Real Estate and the financial marketplace by educating those he works with and saving on their most valuable commodity – time.
His experience on both the lender and broker side of the industry is a testament to Chris’ understanding of credit, in addition to a strong working knowledge of each lender’s products so that he finds the mortgage that fits you best. Customer satisfaction and reliability are paramount in an increasingly commoditized industry, two traits that speak for themselves through the many referrals Chris receives from anyone who has had the opportunity to work with him. When he manages to take some time away from the office, Chris enjoys high-intensity training at the gym, tennis, running races, and getting involved with non-for-profit initiatives.
